FFmpeg corresponding source

Quick Audio Edit 1.0 uses FFmpeg 7.1.5 as a separate executable. This corresponding-source archive covers Windows x64, macOS Intel x86_64 and macOS Apple Silicon arm64. Its README and build scripts describe the configuration and replacement procedure. Third-party components retain their own licence terms.
